Ces' Community living programs provide instruction and support for individuals with disabilities that have limitations to independence. Apartments and homes are staffed by trained professionals to serve the clients. These Services are intended to be supported by medicaid title-19 funds, which fail to cover the entirety of the Services provided by ces. During the fiscal year june 30, 2024, $310,497 of title-19 Services were not funded by state and federal medicaid plans. Ces is committed to providing these Services regardless of the state title 19 reimbursements and supplements this deficit through private fundraising, donations and local government support.
Skills such as personal appearance, social skills, stress management, work, communications, banking, cooking, leisure and education are taught and enhanced through the day habilitation program to serve the clients.
