Description
Hospice is a concept of healthcare that provides for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients with life-limiting illnesses, as well as caring for the needs and feelings of the patient’s entire family. The goal of hospice is not to cure illness, but to ease a patient’s passage from life. Community Hospice helps patients and their families decide the course of their healthcare with assistance from their doctors and hospice professionals. Hospice makes it possible for patients to live and die with dignity.
