Goals are to 1) meet or exceed expectations, 2) display a positive and energetic attitude, 3) honor the dignity, value and involvement of others, 4) provide high quality services at a reasonable cost, and 5) continously improve services. The CLTC governing body is comprised of independent members of the community.
