The Community Nutrition Network and Senior Services Association "CNNSSA" provides meals and resources to older adults and persons with disabilities and assists them in leading active and healthy lives. To live in an environment where seniors and persons with disabilities are valued and are an active part of our community. CNNSSA serves nearly 500,000 meals a year to over 6,000 seniors and persons with disabilities regardless of their race, religion or economic status in Suburban Cook, Grundy, and Kendall Counties.
