To support persons returning to the community after involvement with the criminal justice system in order to reduce recidivism and enhance the quality of life for the persons and communities served. Volunteers matched with incarcerated individuals, youth received mentoring along with alcohol and drug prevention services, elderly and impoverished Cleveland residents assisted by Community Re-Entry participants, job placements.
