The organization offers a Network of social services including residential alternatives to institutional care, social and vocational rehabilitation, chemical dependency counseling, case management, supportive housing, and other special social services. The organization philosophy is to provide cost-effective quality services that are: client-centered; flexible and responsive to client's needs; respectful of client individuality; strength-based model of care; and provide in safe, comfortable, non-institutional settings.
