Community Uplift Partnership empowers young adults by helping them overcome obstacles and challenges. By 2022, CUP was given the chance to open two new coffee houses, providing more opportunities for job training to those who complete the twelve-week Youth Empowerment Program (YEP). The Reunio is their first coffee house currently located in Commerce City, CO.

Program areas at Community Uplift Partnership

CUP did amazing work with young adults ages 16-24 in 2024. We helped over 65 young people through employment that included mentorship with wise adults and a YEP (Youth Empowerment Program) class. We offered YEP in the spring of 2023 and the fall of 2023. This lass taught financial literacy, goal setting, self worth, stress management, opioid and other addiction abuse prevention, faith, life and job skills, time management, good communication and so much more. Many students leveled up toa living wage job, college, self-employment.
