Nd rent help: application counselor is the first point of contact for rent help applications. They collect all of the documents and assist Community members with processing the nd rent help applications. They also act as liason between the state and Community members.
Pass-through funding rent help: through a contract with nd rent help, as applicants are approved for funding, they could have past owed rent from previous landlords paid for through the nd rent help system. The funding would come from nd rent help to Community Uplift Program, and then Community Uplift Program would pay to owed landlord.
Nd housing transitional: individuals are assigned to a Community member as their applications were approved for payment in the nd rent help system. They assist Community members with keeping up and recertifying their status through the life of the Program, understanding their leases, and generally succeeding in their rental agreement.
