Human Services Programs, General/Other: Concerned Citizens to Combat Cancer, Inc. has provided health information regarding prostate cancer to more than 1000 minority men. The organization was successful in educating health professionals and advocates about the benefits of Clinical Trials. Worked in conjunction with Central Florida Medical Society to educate about clinical trials as well as Sister Network Orlando Chapter. In addition, health information on changing lifestyle habits: including diet and physical activities was distributed to over 5000 people in disadvantages communities. High blood pressure and prostate was provided to over 1137 minority people and the risk of tobacco use information was distributed to over 3500 minority youth in disadvantaged communities through posters and P.S.As. Certified Instructor for Triple Touch II with American Cancer Society, Inc. and Certified Trainer for the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program w/Florida Hospital and Stanford University. Colorectal Screenings eduction to over 120 people in 2012 working with Morehouse School of Medicine's Community Prevention Department.
