A)wtu utility assistance program - assists qualifiying persons with the payment of electric utility bills on a monthly basis. B) comprehensive energy assistance program - assists low-income and elderly persons who are experiencing energy crises by providing them with assistance for heating and cooling expenses. C) atmos energy assistance program - assists qualifiying persons with the payment of gas bills on a monthly basis. D) keeping the warmth program - assits low income households needing repairs or replacement of gas pipelines. This program served 3,424 individuals during 2022. E) txu utility assistance program - assists qualifying persons with the payment of electric utility bill on a monthly basis.
Energy conservation: weatherization programs assist families in maintaining adequate housing through retrofitting measures that will best conserve energy to benefit the families. A) low income housing energy assistance program - weatherization assistance/enhanced weatherization assistance program. B) doe - weatherization assistance program c)tacaa - weatherization assistance. This program served 75 households during 2022.
Housing assistance: housing services are provided to clients experiencing homelessness or who are at risk for homelessness. This program served 795 families during 2022.
Community services: Community services block grant - provides comprehensive assistance to the Agency. Through this comprehensive Agency assistance, low-income persons are assisted in making the transition out of poverty and are educated on services available to them through other service providers. This program served 5,883 individuals during 2022.
