Managed and delivered a ten-month mentoring and leadership program for mid-level career latino professionals with more than ten years of work experience and for early-career level latino professionals with less than ten years of work experience. The organization was provided with meeting space and use of facilities that would otherwise need to be obtained from outside sources at a cost. As such, the organization records the fair value of the donated meeting space and facilities at a rate that would approximate the fair market value of renting space at a hotel, conference center, or similar venue. O)the organization estimates the value of its volunteer mentors based on the number of hours required, the number of persons mentored, and an average rate of compensation that a mentor would be paid if the services were not of a volunteer nature.
