Ctl operates historic site museums by giving tours, presenting lectures and programs, hosting events, and caring for collections that connect visitors to Connecticut history in ways that are relevant and meaningful to contemporary audiences. Ctl stewards twelve historic structures at ten sites around The state, maintaining them to The highest standards in historic preservation, documenting their care, and sharing information about best practices with The public. Ctl works with a variety of preservation partners and communities to ensure The ongoing care of these sites and adherence to bequests and restrictions.
