Bankruptcy Counseling as a result of the amendments to the bankruptcy code,any person who is the process of filing forbankruptcy or already filed but not received a discharge from the court must receive Counseling from an agency that has been certified by the us department of justice as is the case with our agency
Housing the program consists of first-time home buyers education loss itigation Counseling and reverse mortgage Counseling. As a hud certified agency we are authorized to provide housing Counseling encompassing these three areas.
Credit Counseling the Credit Counseling program is the cornerstone for our agency as it represents the reason for our existence. Our educational office or any other assigned offeice visits schools universities employers churches or other organizations with the intention to provide alternatives to their financial situation.
