Cooperation Cannon River's primary mission is to create social and environmental justice through grassroots organizing and direct democracy in Minnesota. They achieve this by engaging in youth organizing through their program, Northfield Against Line 3 - a community organizing project that provides material and administrative support to non-violent protesters against the Line 3 Tar Sands pipeline, in solidarity with Anishinaabe Indigenous leaders in northern Minnesota. The young people involved are instrumental in driving these efforts forward.
