Program areas at Cooperatives for a Better World
We provided fiscal sponsorship to (1) Navajo Power Home PBC, to help them purchase solar home equipment and grow their solar cooperative; and (2) Tribeworks, Inc. to grow their cooperative and allow their participation in a NY-based artist basic income program.
Cooperatives for a Better World ran two business accelerators with 18 cooperatives and 30 participants. We continue to provide over 100 coaching hours to the graduates of our programs. We hosted a series of online educational opportunities for people exploring coops, reaching over 400 participants. We completed over 100 hours of coaching and advising to pre-accelerator cooperatives. Finally, 409 students enrolled in our onlinecurriculum, Lean Co-op in 2023.
