Program areas at Copenhagen Consensus Center USA
In 2023, it will be halftime for the world's sustainable development goals, but the world is nowhere near halfway to fulfilling its many promises. In this project the Center, top economists, governments, media, and development organizations produce new cost-benefit research and help focus global and national attention on the most effective interventions - the ones where each dollar spent delivers at least $15 back in socio-economic benefits.
General program activities consist of global outreach. Monthly opeds by bjorn lomborg are published regularly by 40+ influential national and regional newspapers. Interviews are in print, tv, podcasts, and radio. Social media has 100k+ followers. There is also a monthly newsletter. Other general program activities include giving talks, lectures, and holding meetings.
