Program areas at Cornerstone Preschool Group
Provide Preschool education and care to children ages one through kindergarten. Students are taught basic skills, such as letter and number recogntion, fine motor skills, cognitive thinking and social skills. Students are also provided christian, faith based lessons as part of the daily curriculum.
Stay and play is an afterschool program offered to Cornerstone students enrolled in the 3 year old class through kindergartent. Stay and play meets tuesdays and thursdays for an hour and a half during the academic year. Children enrolled in stay and play primarily have supervised independent play time with their peers on the playground or a designated classroom.
A summer camp is offered for enrolled students in the Preschool. Summer camp is offered for four weeks during the summer. Campers enjoy a half day of fun activities such as crafts, outside play, games, music, and faith based activities.
