From our founding in 1996 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit through today, cca continues to provide the kind of employee care that results in healthier individuals, stronger teams, and more resilient cultures. Our mission has been to build caring relationships with the hope of gaining permission to share the life-changing good news of jesus christ in a non-threatening manner. We serve and respect people from all faith backgrounds, including those with no faith at all, meeting them right where they are. With unparalleled hours of engagement, we live out our mission by seeing every individual as holding immense value. Ministry Chaplains are trained to provide voluntary, confidential and consistent engagement, as well as crisis care and spiritual resources for over 800,000 employees and their families across the spectrum of businesses at over 2,500 locations across north America.
