Annual conference/training and education services/technical assistance - to conduct programs that promote excellence in Community and Economic Research by improving data availability, enhance data quality, and foster learning about regional Economic analytical methods.
Labor market information projections managing partnership: the lmi institute advances the use of labor market information and workforce intelligence in support of decision-making related to workforce development, Economic development, education and other relevant policy areas. The projections managing partnership maintains the national infrastructure for the production of state and sub-state industry and occupational employment projections.
Membership dues - c2er is a membership organization committed to developing and engaging a diverse membership to elevate data driven decision making. There are three membership levels: basic ($380), plus ($760), and premium ($1,162). Invoices are processed in june or december depending on when the members joined c2er. Membership benefit includes; membership directory access, free access to live and recorded webinars, conference and training (in person or elearning) 20% fee discount, c2er biweekly updates on industry news, c2er board member eligibility, certified Economic Research professional (cerp) eligibility.
Cost of living index - has been published by c2er since 1968 and has been the most consistent source of city-to-city cost comparisons available. Published quarterly, using over 60 goods and services collected at the local level from over 300 independent researchers, cost of living index data is available at the metropolitan statistical area (msa) level and at the country level. Data is released on a quarterly basis, within 2 to 3 months after its collection.
