The Covington Veterans Foundation educates and promotes patriotism while honoring veterans. They produced an exhibit highlighting Covington County Korean War veterans, which was housed at Andalusia City Hall for two weeks. In addition, they conducted tours of the exhibit for schoolchildren and published a magazine to honor local Korean War vets. The foundation also provided over 500 banners honoring veterans who served in all branches of the military, which were displayed in Andalusia, AL the two weeks leading up to Veterans Day.
