Program areas at Crash's Landing
Our organization rescued 118 cats in 2023 and found permanent homes for 100. We are a "no-kill" facility, euthanizing animals only when they are suffering and can no longer be helped medically. The ones who are not adopted continue to reside at our facilty either permanently or until homes are found. Our faciltiy is divided into 2 areas, one of which currently houses 34 cats who are for the most part healthy and adoptable, and the other of which houses 22 cats with either feline leukemia of FIV(Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). The cats with Feleuk or FIV are adopted much less frequently than the others, but all cats who are not adopted will live out their days with us, receiving the same attention and medical care as the adoptable cats. Through 2022, we have taken in 4,476 cats and have adopted out out 3,593 to permanent homes.
