Call center includes the following program activities: - 24/7/365 crisis line - trained crisis intervention specialists are available every day of the year to help over the phone. The crisis line is confidential and is open to anyone who needs help. The organization is the statewide provider in Arizona as well as Oklahoma. - warm line - a free and confidential telephone service staffed by peers who have, themselves, dealt with behavioral health issues. - mobile teams - the organization works with local community providers to dispatch mobile teams of trained crisis intervention specialists to conduct face-to-face assessments and intervention. - crisis transportation services - the organization works with local community providers to dispatch transportation services. - department of child safety (dcs) rapid response and crisis stabilization services the organization provides critical support to children, teens and their caregivers during one of the most difficult times in their lives. When a youth has been removed or is at imminent risk of being removed from the home, the organization dispatches specialists to meet with the youth, their caregiver and, if necessary, their placement home to provide on-site counseling, assessment and resource information and connections. - tragedy support lines - the organization activates a tragedy support line for those affected by local and national crisis situations. The tragedy support line number is 1-800-203-care (2273) and can be called toll-free from anywhere. - firestrong and bulletproof - the organization is proud to partner with the 100 club of Arizona, who supports all city, county, state, federal and tribal public safety agencies, fire services, probation, corrections, parole and law enforcement departments who provide for the safety of the citizens of Arizona. They also support officers and firefighters who are called to active-duty military while still employed by a qualified public safety agency. The organization supports the 100 club and its members by providing an independent, confidential fire support crisis line for fire personnel and their families and an independent, confidential law enforcement support crisis line for police servicemen and women and their families. Firestrong - (602) 845-fire (3473) - an independent, confidential fire support crisis line for fire personnel and their families. Bulletproof - (602) 433-cops (2677) - an independent, confidential law enforcement support crisis line for police servicemen and women and their families. - back up for teen lifeline - teen lifeline provides safe and confidential crisis service where teens help teens make healthy decisions together. The line is staffed by teens every day from 3 - 9 p.m. If a young person is in crisis and calls teen lifeline before 3 p.m. or after 9 p.m., their calls are answered by the organization.
2-1-1 Arizona includes the following program activities:- 2-1-1 Arizona - transforms lives by linking individuals and families to vital community services. Throughout Arizona, 2-1-1 fulfills service requests and referrals for health and human services through their call center and website. These services include connecting callers to community resources to improve quality of life and their social determinants of health, such as housing supports, food resources, and utility assistance. These services are available to all community members regardless of insurance.- telephone follow-up - to ensure continuity of care, the organization provides phone follow-up services to individuals identified as needing a follow-up call.
Eligibility care services includes the following program activities:- eligibility and care services (serious mental illness (smi) determination) - the organization administers the smi determination program across Arizona by evaluating whether applicants meet diagnostic and functional criteria to receive comprehensive community based mental health care.
Homeless management information systems (hmis) - for this program, Solari acts as the centralized data hub for homelessness data tracking for two out of three Arizona continuums of care. The Solari hmis team is responsible for processing data from Arizona community partners in providing services to the homeless community, which enables Solari to produce meaningful data for funders and community partners.training - includes mental health awareness training - mhat training is provided to the local community. This training focuses on raising awareness for identifying and responding to mental health needs, dispelling myths and reducing stigma.be connected - facilitate an integrated system of technology for direct program services and ongoing data collection. The organization also provides enhanced technological capabilities to manage increasing utilization of the call center through access to interactive intelligence and cocentrix.
