Day program - Crossroads school serves students diagnosed with autism between the ages of 3 and 22 who have moderate to severe challenging behaviors that preclude them from meaningful inclusion in public school classrooms. The school is dedicated to providing individualized comprehensive education and related services to students with autism in order to enhance the quality of life and independent functioning so they may achieve their full potential.
Elevate program - Crossroads' elevate program provides comprehensive school, home, center-based and community services for children and young adults with an autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Services are based upon the principles of applied behavior analysis and teach parents and other family members to more effectively promote skill acquisition and manage challenging behaviors. Services include the assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors, the teaching of activities of daily living, self-help skills, social skills, play skills, leisure skills, meal skills, toileting skills, safety skills.
Commons program - Crossroads' commons program is a community-based day service program designed to maximize each individual's independence and enrich their life through a range of community activities for adults over the age of 22 with autism spectrum disorder (asd) and other developmental disabilities. The program uses a person-centered approach to develop, enhance, or maintain skills that allow each individual to thrive in their community.
Discover program - Crossroads' discover program provides center-based services using the principles of applied behavior analysis for children ages 3 to 6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (asd) and other developmental disabilities. Services teach children foundational communication, activities of daily living, routines and social skills to promote independence as they prepare to enter their public school system. Staff also train parents and caregivers to promote independence and manage challenging behavior.
