CRSP provided the funds to acquire this property in 2012, and sold its unappreciated financial ownership stake to bvclt in october 2016 when bvclt was able to get a mortgage on the property.the property at 140 bimini was transferred to bvclt in october 2016 in a transaction that included CRSP's purchase of the parcel at 3554/3560 west 1st street and the cancellation of prior CRSP debt incurred by bvclt in july 2012.
