Cultural Leadership conducts social justice education and leadership training programs for the youth. It is a nonprofit youth educational and leadership development organization that challenges local middle, high school, and college-age students in developing socially aware, culturally conscious leaders. The organization provides three youth leadership development programs, training over one hundred St. Louis area youth and parents each year. Their award-winning, yearlong intensive high school leadership program selects and trains 24 high school students.

Program areas at Cultural Leadership

Cultural Leadership provides three youth Leadership development programs training over one hundred st. louis area youth and parents each year. Our award-winning, yearlong intensive high school Leadership program selects and trains 24 high school students, and their parents, from diverse backgrounds and school districts. Camp Cultural Leadership serves diverse middle school students from through the st. louis region through a summer day-camp with an overnight trip. And, our social justice internship program places our college-aged alumni in paid, eight-week summer internships with nonprofit and corporate partners in st. louis, training the next generation of social justice and diversity and inclusion leaders in corporations, schools, and nonprofits.
