Cy-Hope mobilizes the entire Cy-Fair community to provide opportunities for at-risk children to succeed in life and supports and encourages students, teachers and school administrators to help every school achieve their potential. It provides a Back Pack Program, which offers food for needy school children each weekend, serving over 1,850 children across 66 schools. Additionally, the Center for Children & Families located in Cypress, TX offers various forms of counseling with a variety of therapists.

Program areas at Cy-Hope

Counseling center - Cy-Hope counseling offers a variety of services. Services include working with young children through play therapy, behavioral therapy, filial therapy, and parent consultation. In addition, Cy-Hope counseling specializes in child, adolescent, and tween counseling, designed with each child's specific needs. Cy-Hope counseling also provides couples counseling, premarital therapy, family counseling, and group counseling. Adult therapy is also offered to work on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, existential concerns, life transitions, and anger management. Therapists have expertise working with children on the autism spectrum, offering individual support, social skills therapy, and parent consultation.
Backpack program - in an effort to prevent childhood hunger and to provide each child the opportunity to succeed in school and life, the backpack program provides food for needy school children each weekend. In each bag, children find food that will help sustain them through the weekends when school food is not accessible. Cy-hope, inv. Currently serves 66 schools which includes over 1,850 children.
Resale market - the hope chest resale market is a 25,000 square foot warehouse and shopping area which sells donated items. All funds benefit the programs of cy-hope, making life better for kids in the community.
Hope centers - cy-hope, Inc. Currently operates 4 hope centers located in longhorn, windfern, willow green, and waller, in addition to a mobile hope center (mobile stem bus). The centersprovide homework help, life skills classes, art/crafts, storytelling, tutoring and day camps to approximately 100 children. Through camp lemonade, Cy-Hope is also able to provide an enriching summer camp experience for underserved youth. Camp lemonade is a christian based 5 day, 4 night camp at stone creek ranch in new ulm, Texas. Also offered are adult bible studies, citizenship classes, and esl classes to approximately 25 adults. Dierker's champs - a program for children to receive baseball instruction utilizing transformational coaching within cy-fair sports association. 150 kids played at all levels.in school support - cy-hope, Inc. is committed to partnering with schools and offering ministry of sustenance, mentoring, tutoring, volunteers and empowerment for long-term self-sufficiency.pop scholarship (providing opportunities program) - through our providing opportunities program (pop), Cy-Hope helps cover fees for underserved students taking college credit courses in middle and high school or pursuing vocational certifications through career and technology education (cte) classes.devine virtuosos program - cy-hope, Inc. Established an ongoing collaborative working relationship with cfisd curriculum leaders to support students in the area of fine arts by identifying teachers' classroom needs, especially at campuses with higher rates of low income students.
