Dakota Child and Family Clinic

Clinic - our Clinic served over 2000 patients in our traditional setting, via telehealth, and through our mobile reach efforts. A large percentage of our patient population comes to us unserved or underserved by traditional healthcare services due to a lack of insurance coverage or complex medical issues that require more time than for profit health centers are willing to give a patient.

Community outreach - dcfc provided support groups and services to underservered communities focused on removing barriers standing between people and the healthiest versions of themselves. Organized and excuted dozens of off-site clinics treating underserved population's primary health concerns. Attended many health and community fairs offering care and health information.
