They are required to pay a minimal guest services fee and credit is extended. They must be sober, be randomly drug tested, attend recovery meetings, follow the rules, adhere to curfew, do weekly chores, and be gainfully employed. They may stay up to 6 months.in november 2020 Dallas 24 Hour Club purchased 18 unit apartment complex for $1,500,000. The apartment complex is located at 1503 n. peak st. In Dallas and can house up to 41 residents. It was officially opened in march 2021.
Dallas 24 Hour Club provides food preparation services for residents.
