Program areas at DIVA
The Association ran multiple volleyball seasons throughout the year, working to encourage volleyball, particulary among members of the LGBT community by providing a safe space to play and develop skills.
The Association hosted and organized several events throughout the year for members and guests to increase awareness, provide exposure to the sport, and promote morale and community.
The Association hosted multiple international tournaments, fostering the development of volleyball internationally and supporting amateur athletes predominantly in the LGBT community. Teams from the U.S., its territories and Canada were invited.
