Traditional nutcracker. Main production event.
Dance Kids teaches is the education wing of Dance Kids and attached to cascanueces:folkloric nutcracker and a public school. Classes in folkloric Dance are part of a six week preparatory training sessions for the actual production of the professional show. Students are given free classes by professional dancers and musicians.the after school classes given in ballet, jazz, and hip hop are partially funded by the monterey peninsula unfiied school district and granting opportunities. Three days a week, teachers are involved in classes for students' kindergarten through fifth grade in marina,ca. Professional teachers introduce ballet, jazz and hip hop as well as story-creative Dance component for the youngest students.
