Heating and energy assistance. The objective is to assist families with utility payments for heat assistance. Approximately 13,934 families were served. The agency completed 16,262 applications to assist families with heating.
Job training. The objective is to help individuals obtain employment. Approximately 418 adults, dislocated workers, youth, and neg flood were assisted. The agency succeeded in helping 199 of the regular participants to attain full time employment and 33 obtained credentials.
Housing. The objective is to help clients obtain safe and decent and affordable housing. 5 units were constructed for families. The agency took 15 applications for housing.
Transportation. The objective is help individuals obtain affordable and safe transportation and to provide access to a variety of services. Approximately 123,100 trips were made and approximately 2,028,447 miles were driven.
Various other small programs.
Emergency services. The objective is to help individuals and families in crisis situations. Assistance may be provided to help with utility payments to prevent substandard living conditions, emergency shelter to prevent homelessness, food supplements and rental or utility deposits to prevent homelessness. Approximately 1,592 families were assisted and 2,223 applications were taken.
Weatherization. The purpose is to help individuals with making their homes safer and more energy efficient. Approximately 37 homes were weatherized.
