Non-contact boxing: twelve classes per week, each class is One and a half hours long. This is the primary program and people living with parkinson's disease or alzheimer's disease pay a program fee To participate in this program three times a week. Other programs listed below are focused on specific needs, and are offered at no additional cost To participants.
Manual dexterity: One class per week, One hour long. This program focuses on hand and finger strengthening and restoration of fine motor skills. No additional revenue is generated from this program.
Pwrmoves: One class per week, One and a half hours long. This program focuses on big amplitude of movement for upper and lower body, no additional revenue is generated from this program.
