Deaconess Associations

Deaconess Long Term Care of Ohio, Inc., is designed to provide continual medical long term care to a primarily elderly clientele. The facilities are owned and/or operated by Deaconess Long Term Care of Ohio, Inc., which is owned by Deaconess Senior Services, Inc., and are licensed by the State of Ohio. The facilities provide skilled nursing care, with an emphasis on rehabilitation to better able residents to resume their independent lifestyle. Deaconess Long Term Care of Ohio, Inc., provides complete skilled and intermediate nursing care. Private and semi-private accommodations are available for short and long term illness and physical limitations, as well as extended acute nursing care. Physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies are also offered at most facilities. A variety of social activities are offered daily. Activities are conducted on the premises by trained staff members and volunteers. The facilities' assets and operations were sold effective 12/01/2020.
