Program areas at Defiance Dream Center
Provided an outreach program to serve low income neighborhoods by setting up a site in the same place on the first saturday of each month. We would provide food, games, resources, and hygiene products to those who are in need. Ignite student academy is the key outreach initiative focused on reaching Defiance county students.
Partners with various organizations and businesses to equip and train students with skilled trades training to put them in a position to succeed in the workplace and their personal life. While learning hands on skills the students are also immersed in learning opportunities that develop character, teach life skills and help them understand who they are, what their passions are and how to see past their present circumstances into a very bright future.
