ANIAML HEALTH AND WELFARE:Cleaning and maintaining animal facilities, bathing and grooming animals, treating animals with vaccinations, de-worming animals, walking dogs and socializing pets, taking in homeless stray animals and providing care including but not limited to adminestering medications, transporting animals to and from vet hospitals, bottle feeding abandoned kitten litters and preparing and maintaining animal health records.Microchiping and registering the microchips. PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWERNESS:Educating the public about the need for spay/neutering, pet overpopulation crisis and responsible pet ownership, referring animal abuse calls to appropriate law enforcement, teachning owners about how to find bottle feed abandoned kittems, counseling customers on alternative ways taking and displaying lost pet information, handing out public educational materials and maintaining informational displays and giving shelter trours to groups. Outreach to county and local schools, pre-schools and univestities and to appropriately educate. Offering community service hours to the public.
