Program areas at Depositing Empowerment Through Outreach and Urban

1.The F.A.N.C.Y. Teen Girls Leadership Academy enrolled 38 girls in the 2023-24 cohort who participated in weekly meetings and experienced multiple volunteer opportunities, fun field trips and educational activities. This mentorship program emphasizes improving the girls confidence and overall empowerment. 2.Our F.A.N.C.Y. Ambassador Program is a paid internship that helps the participants develop essential workforce and leadership skills. 3. We expanded our school-based programs to twelve different schools in four local school districts serving almost 200 girls. 4. We hosted our 2023 F.A.N.C.Y Teen Girls Expo at Valencia Park Elementary. The expo involved over 300 girls participating in empowerment workshops, enjoying live entertainment and food as well as hearing from different guest speakers all supported by our generous vendors, donors, parents, and volunteers. 5. We exposed our girls to a cultural exchange and the exploration of historical sites Accra, Ghana.
