"mission expansion/change: dwcos mission was expanded from focusing entirely on Correctional staff to all public safety staff. "ncfaw: initiated the nationwide celebration of the national Correctional family appreciation week, to be celebrated annually the first week in june. Several jails, unions, and at least one department of corrections did acknowledge ncfaw with various activities. "conferences: 10; conference presentations: 13 (workshops presented twice at 3 of these conferences)

(d)"safetynet accreditation program: we built the first ever staff wellness accreditation program for Correctional staff, which can also be expanded to other public safety staff.
