DSI worked with local governments to improve health staff capacity, provide health finance training, and strengthen the local government's capacity to manage the limited financial resources. OSI worked to enhance the training tools available for primary school children from herder families in distant rural areas to ensure that these children have the same resources available as other children of Mongolia.
