Program areas at Developmental Services Center
Residential Services provides community-based residential housing alternatives such as group homes, a semi-supported apartment building, and private homes and apartments. People receive one-on-one support in life areas that are meaningful to them. The program provides for health, safety and choice, all of which are priorities to enjoy an independent life.
Community day Services assists individuals in achieving greater levels of independence and self-sufficiency. Services include skill development in areas such as community engagement, communication, recreation, leisure, employment and volunteer opportunities. Individualized supports are provided to enhance quality of life and independence.
Employment Services provides assessment, training, employment, and employment support. This includes assistance seeking and maintaining employment, on-the-job training, and ongoing skill building. Support helps to increase independence, quality of life and economic self-sufficiency.
Case management and family support works to ensure that individuals' needs are identified, assessed, planned for, and monitored through a person-centered approach. Service linkage for community resources is a priority.
Family development Center - an early intervention program that offers assistance to families of infants and toddlers who are experiencing or are at risk for delays in development, or have identified special needs.
Other program expenses provide programs and Services to individuals with disabilities in our community.
