Engaged in public awareness of the needs for affordable and equitable access to care for people with diabetes.description: dlc's employer initiative is designed to influence self-insured businesses health plan design decisions to improve care for people with Diabetes and reduce cost and risk for employers. This program is primarily delivered via one hour webinars that are hosted on well known human resources platforms. Dlc also publishes articles in these same platforms to reinforce their content.this is the employer initiative program.

Engaged in public awareness of the needs for affordable and equitable access to care for people with diabetes.description: dlc ran a health reform promotion campaign by engaging with the media including running 30 second video ads titled "less talk/more action" geotargeted at federal lawmakers in washington,dc around the state of the union address educating them on the need for health reform. Ads ran on cnn and fox resulting in over 740,000 viewer impressions in the dc metro area.this is the health reform promotion program.
