Discover Klamath is also a proud co-founder and lead/managing partner in "ride the rim Oregon", an annual cycling event which brings roughly 5,000 cyclists into the area each september from over 30 states and 9 countries, resulting in nearly $2 million in economic impact from this singular event.tourism throughout Klamath county has grown in recent years and today is one of Klamath county's largest economic drivers. Inbound visitors leave over $380 million behind, which supports over 4,000 tourism-related jobs, and supports hundreds of local small businesses.
