Interpretive programs and research (aid to agencies): provided assistance to the national park service, usda forest service, army corps of engineers, bureau of reclamation, and city of seattle in conducting interpretive programs and research.
Educational sales and information staffing: provided educational merchandise to visitors, through operation of 104 visitor center bookstores at federal, state, and local public lands throughout the pacific Northwest. Provide staff and volunteers to assist with visitor orientation, enhancing the visitor experience for approximately 10 million annual public lands visitors, and contributing to community stewardship of public lands.
