Program areas at DJ2 Junctions
Implement National Strategy for Suicide Prevention (NSSP). Goal/Objective to prevent suicide among working age adults (25-64) and reduce overall suicide by implementing a comprehensive suicide prevention program withing Junctions and the community. Services include evidence based screening, assessment, interventions, treatments, follow-up, prevention and community education. Services are person-centered, trauma-informed, evidence based, culturally competent, and integrated within a recovery oriented system of care.
Mental/Behavioral Health Services: 200+ low income individuals provided with mental/behavioral health services including screenings, assessments, referral/admission to higher levels of care, individual counseling and group/family counseling.
Develop and implement program infastructure within organization, medical site partners, and community for Screeing, Brief Intervention, and Referral to treatment.
