Habitat for Humanity - Door County HFH

Worked with economically disadvantaged people to help them create a better human Habitat in which to live and work. One home closing was completed during the year. Habitat operates the restore as a social enterprise of the organization established to be a self-sustaining funding source for the organization and to provide the community with low-cost building and home improvement materials. This program has the additional benefit of preventing usable materials from ending up in landfills. The profit from the restore is used toward the mission of the organization.
