Provided technical advisory services to the Department of Public Security of the Organization of American States for development of proposals and their presentation to international donors for support of the OAS's Ecuador-Peru Mine Action Completion initiative.

Provided technical advisory services to the Department of Public Security of the Organization of American States for the support of humanitarian demining activities in Colombian and the development of a calendar for the transfer of responsibilities for quality assurance and quality control of mine clearance operations in Colombia from the OAS Mine Action Program to the Government of Colombia.

Provided technical advisory services to the Department of Public Security of the Organization of American States in support of regional activities in Central America, South America and the Caribbean for the control of firearms, ammunition and explosives by government authorities in the region and to prevent illicit trafficking or diversion of these materials and armaments.
