Program areas at Dover Police Charities

Dover youth to youth: conducted drug and alcohol prevention programming locally, at the state and national level. This program serves to support the activities of the Dover youth to youth peer outreach program. These extracurricular groups involve students from Dover middle school, Dover high school as well as college age volunteers who have completed the program and continued to support the drug prevention activities. The groups plan educational programs that send a drug and alcohol-free message and plan positive alternative social activities that promote a drug free lifestyle. In 2023 approximately 60 student groups participated in various youth to youth groups through the school system.
Other programs: various programs including to, but not limited to dare, needy, community and crimeline funding and in certain instances families in the Dover, nh community.
Dover teen center: provides support and activities for Dover's at-risk teens through the Dover teen center.
