Downtown Somerville Alliance

The Downtown Somerville Alliance is the District Management Corporation for the designated Special Improvement district of downtown Somerville. The organization promotes balanced and progressive economic development and provides marketing and advertising services to the district. The organization also coordinates and funds infrastructure and beautification projects and works with historians and environmentalists alike to maintain and promote the arts, culture and history of the area. Finally, the Downtown Somerville Alliance focuses on the recruitment and retention of businesses that compliment and coincide with the strategic and master plans that govern the development of the special improvement district.
