Youth development programs, which include activities in empowerment, sports, sustainability and the environment, preparation for entry-level employment, among others, protect the basic rights of young people residing in vulnerable communities, encourage personal growth, promote positive behavioral change and develop future leaders. Our programs encourage healthy, informed decision making so that youth not only survive, they thrive.bachata academy the bachata academy focuses on the teaching of bachata, merengue and kompa, considering that a musical Education focused on local traditions motivates children, empowers communities and preserves diversity. The academy offers music classes to boys and girls in the community and to students of the montessori academy. Teachers are trained to share their knowledge of these local rhythms, especially bachata, to future generations, while encouraging children to develop their own musical expression.literacy reading & library programs, my very own library, teacher training, Dream publications Dream implements a research-based, best-practices approach to literacy and includes intentional instruction and practice of the skills associated with reading comprehension (alphabetic principle, phonics, decoding, fluency and comprehension) and the development of critical thinking. Our school and community library programs, book fairs and publications are additional elements that promote early literacy at the appropriate stage. Staff in charge of these programs participate in professional development opportunities where they are trained in innovative instructional methodologies, resource development and classroom management skills.

Our program allows children to grow and develop at their own pace through play and exploration in a safe learning environment. Teachers, considered guides, promote and teach students to be independent and take ownership of their learning process. The montessori curriculum focuses on nine key areas: practical life skills, sensory development, mathematics, language, science and culture, art, gross motor skills, character development and family integration.
