Following years in which eamaf has funded a number of major equipment purchases for kcmc and remote Medical facilities, reduced donations have limited its programs. However, eamaf continues to provide salary supplements for kcmc's staff radiologists and to make minor equipment purchases. Eamaf is continuing its collaboration with kcmc in the financing and development of a major cardiovascular center at kcmc (the center). When completed and equipped in the next couple of years the center is expected to significantly expand the role of the kcmc radiology department and its interaction with other kcmc departments. It is also likely to result in a need for additional kcmc radiologists and related staff and equipment. Given the significance of the center, several of eamaf's directors have, with eamaf's support, formed a separate nonprofit corporation to collaborate with eamaf and undertake a more focused role in the center's financing and development. Eamaf is currently acting as a recipient for donations to the center until the new entity's tax exempt status is granted. Major funding for the center is anticipated to come from third party sources.

Eamaf is continuing its efforts to collaborate with educational and private Medical organizations to sponsor volunteers at kcmc, but no funding programs have yet been finalized.

Eamaf provides monetary support in the form of salary supplements for three staff radiologists. All three provide patient services, while one also acts as radiology department chair and another as chair of the school of radiology.
