Program areas at East Bay Rowing
Providing sculling and Rowing instruction to athletes of high school age through masters, from beginners to experienced rowers, with goals of competing in local and national competitions. Continued to increase c0mmunity outreach via adaptive Rowing programs, corporate team building events, and learn to row sessions for veterens. All the lador for these programs, with the exception of professional coaches, is provided by team volunteers. Instruction emphasizes Rowing skills, teamwork, fitness, water safety and respect for the natural environment of the oakland estuary.
